    This is a sealing flange with stainless steel water-cooled tube and valve, suitable for furnace tubes of different outer diameters. If you cannot use ceramic blocks on both ends of the tube, you must use stainless steel water-cooled tubes to keep the flange cool (otherwise, the silicone O-ring may be damaged)

Features:

l  Made of stainless steel, with double high-temperature silicone O-rings on the flange.

l  Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4 inch pipe connector.

l  Push-in water pipe connector.

l  The assembly kit will seal one end of ceramic and quartz tubes with a diameter of 25/50/60/80/90/100 mm. The vacuum gauge is installed on one side of the flange.

Purpose

For pipes without pipe plugging, water   cooling is used to reduce the temperature of the silicone sealing ring to   prevent heat radiation.

Prevent oil and dust to avoid clogging   the vent hole of the needle valve. If you encounter oil stains or dust, clean   them up in time.
