60K Ultrasonic wide-width nozzle

CY wide-width ultrasonic nozzle has a large spray width, which is mainly suitable for various medium and large area spraying applications

CY wide-width ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is combined with a controlled jet from a flat jet guide plate. The atomized spray is immediately entrained in the airflow on the atomizing surface of the nozzle to form a fan-shaped spray pattern. The speed of the airflow is controllable, allowing low or high impact of the atomized spray on the product or substrate. This versatile air shaping system is capable of spraying patterns up to 6 inches (15 cm), depending on the distance from the substrate, and the width is not limited in wide-area applications where multiple nozzles are used in series.

Application:

CY wide-width ultrasonic nozzle has a large spray width, which is mainly suitable for various medium and large area spraying applications. It can be used for a variety of applications from float glass spraying, textile spraying, fuel cell spraying, proton exchange membrane spraying, fuel cell spraying, membrane electrode spraying, metal plastic sheet, AR anti-reflection film spraying, thermal insulation film spraying, super hydrophobic coating spraying, flux spraying.

Ultrasonic sprinklers convert high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy through piezoelectric transducers, and then convert mechanical energy into liquid. This longitudinal upward and downward vibration produces standing waves in the applied liquid film at the tip of the ultrasonic sprinkler, where the amplitude of these waves can be controlled by a power generator. These stationary liquid waves can extend upward from the tip of the ultrasonic sprinkler and are broken into a uniform fine mist of micron-sized droplets when the droplets leave the atomizing surface of the sprinkler.

Principle of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle:

Unlike pressure sprinklers, ultrasonic sprinklers do not use high pressure to force liquid through a small hole to produce spray. The liquid enters through a relatively large center of the sprinkler, without pressure, and is atomized by ultrasonic vibrations within the sprinkler.

Each ultrasonic sprinkler operates at a specific resonant frequency, which determines the median size of the droplets. The size of the droplets varies very little and can be mathematically calculated to be distributed within an accurately predicted range. For example, a 120 kHz sprinkler produces a median droplet size of 18 microns (when spraying water). The higher the frequency, the smaller the median value decreases.

Features:

1. Large-area spraying, spraying width: 40-150mm

2. Uniform coating: uniformity>95

3. Save raw materials: raw material utilization rate is more than 85%, which is 4 times that of traditional two-fluid spraying

4. High coating thickness control accuracy: coatings from 20nm to tens of microns can be prepared, and coating thickness can be accurately controlled

5. Atomized particles are uniform, and spray flow is ultra-low

6. Intermittent or continuous spraying is possible

7. No nozzle clogging

8. Anti-corrosion nozzle

9. High-precision controllable spraying
