CY control-in (long nozzle) is designed to produce repeatable fine lines, as thin as 0.5mm. In very small volume applications, low-pressure air/gas is used to focus the spray into a very thin line. The long nozzle creates the thinnest and clearest lines of all nozzles. It can be applied to spraying in test tubes.
CY probe ultrasonic nozzle is an extension of the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle. It is mainly used to probe into the inner wall of the pipe for spraying applications.
Application
Typical applications include vacuum blood collection tube spraying, syringe silicone oil spraying, etc. CY provides a complete ultrasonic spraying solution for vacuum blood collection tube spraying. The controlled ultrasonic nozzle can carry out ultrasonic spraying of 5-10 heads in parallel, and the distance between two nozzles is only 25mm, which can be directly used in the existing vacuum blood collection tube production line. Combined with a special precision metering pump, the anticoagulant is evenly sprayed into the inner wall of the vacuum blood collection tube, and the production speed can reach 12,000 tubes per hour.
Principle of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle
Unlike pressure sprinklers, ultrasonic sprinklers do not use high pressure to force liquid through a small hole to produce spray. The liquid enters through a relatively large center of the sprinkler, without pressure, and is atomized by ultrasonic vibrations within the sprinkler.
Each ultrasonic sprinkler operates at a specific resonant frequency, which determines the median size of the droplets. The size of the droplets varies very little and can be mathematically calculated to be distributed within an accurately predicted range. For example, a 120 kHz sprinkler produces a median droplet size of 18 microns (when spraying water). The higher the frequency, the smaller the median value decreases.
