CY-1200X-4-VTQ is a split Vertical Quenching Tube Furnace with vacuum sealed 100mm (4") diameter quartz tube and liquid quenching tank, which is designed for quenching sample from high temperature ( Max. 1200℃) to ice water or oil to study material phase transition and microstructure.
CY-1200X-4-VTQ is a vertical quenching furnace, the main body is an open type vertical tubular furnace, the flange on the furnace tube is equipped with hook and plug, which can be manually released to make the hanging sample fall down; the lower flange is connected with the sealed liquid container through a φ 100 mm flange, and the liquid container can contain ice water or cold oil.
High purity alumina is used as furnace material in tubular furnace, which can improve thermal efficiency and service life of furnace.
Rotary vane mechanical pump is used in vacuum pump, which can provide vacuum environment for vacuum quenching.
The liquid container is of double-layer structure, with excellent vacuum pressure resistance and reliable sealing. The box body is fixed by jacking wire and equipped with a liquid outlet valve, which is convenient for sampling and changing liquid.
The equipment is suitable for studying phase transformation and microstructure properties of materials.
