This training mainly focuses on three products: evaporation coater, plasma sputtering coater and two-in-one coater.

Evaporation coater

Vacuum evaporation is to heat and evaporate the plating material in a vacuum, so that the evaporated atoms or atomic groups precipitate out on the substrate at a lower temperature to form a thin film. Evaporation heat source using resistance heating method. Resistance heating is generally used for coating materials with a melting point below 1500℃, the principle of similar incandescent lamp. Evaporation source requires a high melting point. This device is easy to use, has simple structure and low cost. The operation of evaporation coating consists of three steps: making vacuum, coating operation and destroying vacuum.

Small plasma sputtering coater

Our small plasma sputter coater is the simplest DC dipole sputtering technology.

The plasma coating has the advantages of simple structure, no difficulty in control, good operational repeatability (less control parameters). However, its deposition rate is not high, its energy is low. Generally, it is better to sputter gold, silver and copper. The coating process of a small plasma sputter coater also has three steps: making vacuum, coating operation and destroying vacuum.

Two-in-one coater

The two-in-one coater is a device that combines a small evaporation coater with a small plasma sputtering coater. Not only can the metal film be plated by plasma sputtering, but also a film of carbon or other metal element can be obtained by evaporation. Plasma sputtering and evaporation two-in-one coater can meet the requirements of scanning electron microscope sample surface gold spraying, gold steaming or carbon steaming process and the production of non-conductor material experimental electrode, and can also be used in the material research of various new material properties. Operating process of two-in-one coater: making vacuum, coating operation and destroying vacuum.
