Corundum Ceramic furnace tube are primarily used in high-temperature vacuum tube furnaces, vacuum atmosphere furnaces, tin bath tubes for the float glass industry
Corundum Ceramic furnace tube are primarily used in high-temperature vacuum tube furnaces, vacuum atmosphere furnaces, tin bath tubes for the float glass industry, protective tubes for solar glass, support tubes for electric furnace wires, chlorine gas tubes for the aluminum trichloride industry, muffle furnace tubes, and more. They are suitable for the analysis of metal and non-metal samples and for melting in laboratory settings, with a usage temperature range of 1200°C to 1800°C.
High Purity: Contains more than 99% Al2O3, providing excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
High Temperature Resistance: Can be used continuously at temperatures up to 1600°C, withstanding short-term exposure to temperatures as high as 1800°C.
Thermal Shock Stability: Exhibits good resistance to rapid heating and cooling, reducing the risk of cracking.
High Density: The high volumetric density offers excellent thermal insulation properties.
Acid and Alkali Resistance: Exhibits superior resistance to acidic and alkaline environments, making it suitable for various chemical conditions.
Wear Resistance: Long service life, ideal for use in harsh environments.

Application Areas:
High-Temperature Furnaces: Used as furnace lining or insulation material in laboratory and industrial resistance furnaces, experimental furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, etc.
Chemical Analysis: Utilized as carbon determination and sulfur determination tubes in chemical analysis of steel.
Semiconductor Industry: Applied in high-temperature furnace tubes, such as those used for silicon single crystal growth.
Photovoltaic Industry: Employed in the production of solar panels, used as high-temperature furnace tubes.
Scientific Research: Serves as reactors or protective tubes in various high-temperature experiments and material synthesis.
Usage Precautions:
Temperature Control: It is recommended to maintain a heating and cooling rate of 5°C/Min to avoid thermal shock that could lead to furnace tube cracking.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the interior of the furnace tube clean to prevent residues from reacting with Al2O3, which may cause cracking.
Insulation Measures: Place insulation plugs inside the furnace tube to create a balanced thermal field.
Support Frame Use: Use support frames to hold the flanges at both ends of the furnace tube to prevent deformation and breakage due to gravity.
