Ultra-high temperature and large capacity non-consumable vacuum arc furnace is a kind of vacuum arc furnace carefully developed and designed by our company according to the experimental requirements of scientific research units, which is mainly used for: melting refractory metals and alloys, smelting, purification, deoxidation, impurity removal and so on. It is especially suitable for vacuum smelting or small batch preparation of new materials in universities and research institutes.
It is mainly composed of arc melting vacuum chamber, arc gun, arc melting power supply, five-station water-cooled copper crucible,flipping manipulator, working gas path, system pumping, vacuum measurement and electrical control system, installation machine and other parts.
This product is mainly composed of arc melting vacuum chamber, upper electrode, lower electrode and furnace door opening mechanism, upper electrode electric lifting mechanism, vacuum system and arc power supply system.
3.1 Arc melting vacuum chamber: The double-layer water-cooled structure is adopted. The inner and outer layers are welded by stainless steel, and the surface is matte and the inner wall is precision polished. The furnace body is provided with a flipping manipulator, which is used for melting and flipping of samples. There is an observation window, a vacuum interface,a charging and discharging valve, etc., and the upper electrode interface is provided on the furnace cover, with novel structure and beautiful appearance.
3.2 The upper electrode and the upper electrode lifting device: the upper electrode and lifting device, using the socket type universal design, can be 360 degrees free rotation, the electrode lifting adopts the screw lifting, electric adjustment, the adjustment is portable and flexible. The interface is connected with welded bellows to ensure reliable vacuum sealing.
3.3 Open the furnace door: open the furnace door manually, easy to operate, simple loading and unloading materials.
3.4 Water-cooled copper crucible: water-cooled copper crucible is made of copper processing, configured with different volumes, can be selected according to the amount of smelting materials.
3.5 Vacuum system: The vacuum system is composed of magnetic levitation molecular pump + oil-free pre-stage pump + Infocon BPG400 composite vacuum gauge, three pneumatic vacuum valves and various pipelines to ensure that the vacuum degree is better than 8x10-4Pa.
4.6 Power control system: the control system and the furnace body adopt an integrated design, and are installed with an analog screen, and the operation button is centralized and modular layout according to the functional purpose, and is equipped with analog graphics, which is highly recognizable and easy to operate. The arc power supply adopts the special power supply for arc melting, which has high safety factor and strong stability. The circuit is equipped with water alarm and protection function.

10. Water-cooled copper-tungsten electrode can move 360 degrees, flexible operation, while equipped with multiple sets of water-cooled crucible, according to the amount of melting materials to install the corresponding crucible.
11. With the manipulator, the material can be turned over in the smelting process to make the material smelt more evenly
