It is designed for producing the long thick film and has a unique driving system to produce smooth coating at all types of materials.It is specially designed for electrocoating of various cylindrical batteries such as the 18650 format.

Vacuum long tape casting coater has a vacuum chuck and an oil-free vacuum pump that can be used to make long thick films with a micron-sized adjustable doctor blade. With a unique automatic propulsion unit that produces a smooth coating on any material over a length of 180 mm and a width of 600, it is an ideal tool for low-cost development of 18650 battery electrode materials.
