Programmable dip coating manchine has 2''Tube Furnace and color touch screen. It is designed for R&D Lab to prepare various optical or epitaxial films from the liquid solution under a controlled temperature and atmosphere environment. Dipping rate, pulling rate, dwell time and life cycle can be set up via the touch screen control.
Programmable dip coating manchine with vertical tube furnace is widely used in various high temperature lifting coating research. The sample is fixed under the drawing and runs down to the charging box under the tube to stay in the liquid film material for a certain time. Then, it is pulled back into the tube furnace for heating to cure the film quickly. The heating tube furnace can provide a lift coating environment with a temperature of up to 1000 °C. The coating machine is especially suitable for materials for film growth at high temperatures, such as ceramic films, crystal films, battery materials films, and special nano films. The coating machine can adapt to the development needs of film forming technology under high temperature conditions in the future. The machine is easy to operate and easy to clean.
