The SS310S material tubular container can be used in oxidizing, inert, or reducing gas environments at temperatures up to 900°C for processing special compounds. This tube is also suitable for use with CYKY tube furnaces, creating systems for ultra-high vacuum or high-pressure HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) applications. It is an ideal container for low-cost research of new materials.

Flange Installation

1. Thoroughly clean the copper gasket   before use.

2. Tighten the flange appropriately using   a torque-adjustable wrench.

Notice

1. To extend the life of the tube, use   quartz or alumina crucibles to hold samples instead of placing samples   directly into the tube.

2. Regularly inspect the tube surface   visually. High-pressure containers are consumable items; if deformation is   found, replace the tube.

3. A pressure regulator must be installed   on the cylinder side to adjust the pressure.

4. Designed service life: 2000 hours at   800°C
